Position Overview
The Field Superintendent at SITE WRX is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily field operations of excavation, land improvement, and site development projects. This position ensures that all work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within the approved project budget, and in accordance with construction plans, specifications, and company quality standards.
The Superintendent serves as the primary on-site leader, responsible for supervising field crews, coordinating heavy equipment and materials, monitoring project progress, maintaining jobsite safety, and communicating directly with project management.
Because SITE WRX specializes in excavation, earthmoving, land preparation, grading, utility trenching, and roadwork, the Superintendent must have a strong understanding of heavy civil construction, site conditions, equipment operations, and construction sequencing.
The position should reflect SITE WRX's stated company values of precision, safety, efficiency, responsibility, and quality.
