Job summary

LMC Corporation seeks a Superintendent to lead on-site construction for SCUC ISD projects in occupied educational facilities. You will coordinate crews, manage schedules, ensure safety, and uphold quality from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of supervisory experience, OSHA 30, and a proven ability to read plans, communicate with school personnel, and drive projects safely to completion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction supervisory experience.
• Experience managing construction within occupied facilities.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety practices.
• Ability to read plans and project documents.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

We’re Hiring: Superintendent – K-12 Construction (SCUC ISD)

LMC Corporation is seeking an experienced Superintendent to provide on-site leadership for projects under our SCUC ISD contract. This position will oversee daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, and project quality on occupied educational facilities.

The successful candidate will be a proactive leader who can maintain schedules, communicate effectively with school personnel, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
