Job summary

You will manage safety, crews, and project costs while ensuring adherence to Barnard safety policies and training requirements. The position requires strong organizational skills, extensive experience in heavy civil construction, and the ability to relocate as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel and relocate domestically and internationally.
• Heavy civil construction experience.
• Experience supervising multiple foremen/construction crews.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Safety oriented; OSHA certificates (10-hour/30-hour) preferred.
• Strong work ethic; willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
• Ability to function as a team-builder/player.
• Ability to access all points of a construction site in varied climates and environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction safety.

• Schedule and manage crew, equipment, and tools for maximum utilization and quality.
• Review timecards and invoices for proper cost distribution.
• Ensure all employees comply with Barnard safety policies and trainings.
