Job summary

Frey Consulting Group in Sacramento, CA, is seeking a skilled Superintendent to oversee field operations on commercial roofing projects. You will lead crews, manage day-to-day site activity, and ensure work stays on schedule, on budget, and to spec, while coordinating materials, equipment, and subcontractors.

You will inspect completed work for quality, keep the Project Manager updated on progress, maintain a strong on-site presence, and enforce safety and code compliance throughout every phase

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Superintendent in the commercial roofing industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, waterproofing, and metal.
• Proven leadership skills with a solid understanding of OSHA compliance and site safety.
