Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a seasoned Superintendent for dynamic commercial projects in our core markets. The role requires leading field operations, coordinating schedules, and mentoring junior team members to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will supervise craft personnel, manage logistics, maintain owner and design-team relationships, and uphold a rigorous safety program across life sciences, healthcare, higher education, corporate office and advanced technology projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a commercial construction superintendent.
• Excellent listening skills and strong communication skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Effective participation in a team environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, project management software (Prolog or similar), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar).
• Bachelor's degree a plus but not required.

Job Description Superintendent DPR Construction is seeking superintendent with at least 5 years of commercial construction experience. Previous experience is required within DPR's core market projects - life sciences; healthcare; higher education; corporate office and advanced technology. Superintendents work closely with all members of the project team and supervise all craft employees.
