RimePro Inc. seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead complex healthcare construction projects in Southern California, with travel required across the region. We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead complex healthcare construction projects throughout Southern California. Oversee all day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project completion.
Lead healthcare construction projects while ensuring compliance with HCAI/OSHPD requirements.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project teams.
Maintain project schedules and drive production to meet critical milestones.
Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and workmanship.
Conduct site meetings and proactively resolve field issues.
Work closely with Project Managers to manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, and change orders.
Coordinate inspections and maintain project documentation.
Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
Mentor, train, and develop assistant superintendents, project engineers, and field staff.
3 years of Superintendent experience managing commercial construction projects.
Extensive HCAI/OSHPD healthcare construction experience is required.
Proven experience delivering hospitals, medical centers, surgery centers, or other healthcare facilities.
Demonstrated success managing multiple subcontractors and maintaining aggressive schedules.
Strong understanding of healthcare codes, inspections, sequencing, and regulatory requirements.
History of mentoring and training field personnel and building high-performing teams.
Willingness to travel throughout Southern California as project needs require.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with ground-up and complex healthcare renovations.
Knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.
OSHA 30 certification.
First Aid/CPR certification.
