RimePro Inc. seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead complex healthcare construction projects in Southern California, with travel required across the region. The role emphasizes managing occupied facilities, ensuring HCAI/OSHPD compliance, mentoring field staff, and delivering high-quality outcomes.

You will oversee field operations, coordinate multiple subcontractors, and partner with project teams to meet aggressive schedules while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Superintendent experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Extensive HCAI/OSHPD healthcare construction experience is required.
• Proven experience delivering hospitals, medical centers, surgery centers, or other healthcare facilities.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple subcontractors and maintaining aggressive schedules.
• Strong understanding of healthcare codes, inspections, sequencing, and regulatory requirements.
• History of mentoring and training field personnel and building high-performing teams.
• Willingness to travel throughout Southern California as project needs require.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
• Mentor, train, and develop assistant superintendents, project engineers, and field staff.

Location: Orange County, CA (Travel Required in SoCal)

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead complex healthcare construction projects throughout Southern California.
