Job summary

Stylecraft in Jarrell, Texas is seeking a Superintendent to lead residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and top-quality workmanship. You’ll manage schedules, inspect work, and guide crews while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related construction experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (travel between communities required).

What You’ll Do

As a Superintendent, you’ll oversee and manage residential construction projects from start to completion—ensuring everything stays on track, on budget, and built to the highest standards.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver a positive customer experience throughout the construction process
• Drive project timelines and maintain accurate job schedules
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
• Inspect work and enforce quality standards across all phases
• Accurately submit and manage cost variances
