MPW Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable Superintendent in Jacksonville, FL (Macclenny) to lead industrial cleaning projects, coordinate field crews, and ensure safety and quality on site.

You will liaise with customers, branch leadership, and field teams to deliver reliable service and operational excellence. The role requires strong leadership, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate degree in Industrial Systems Technology or related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate industrial cleaning projects and site operations.
