THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• The ideal candidate has a proven track record of supervising and managing large-scale construction projects and construction crews.
• They thrive in a fast paced and a team oriented environment.
• They get excited about construction projects as well as completing assignments on time.
• An individual who will do well in this position is self oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable.
• Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site in Fort Worth, Texas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS

• The candidate is someone who can manage an entire project, and understands grading for retaining walls, and underground works.
• There will be multiple self-perform crews, and assit in managing subcontractors, managing schedules and attending meetings with the owner's reps.
