• Expertise in plan/blueprint reading, shop drawing interpretation, and layout execution.
• Strong field leadership, safety compliance, and relationships with general contractors.

Key Requirements:

• Trade Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with unitized curtain wall systems, storefronts, punch windows, heavy glass, and structural glazing.
• Technical Mastery: Exceptional skill in plan/blueprint reading, shop drawing interpretation, layout execution, and proactive detail/quality control.
• Field Leadership: Proven track record of managing crews, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining strong relationships with General Contractors.
• Project Adaptability: Demonstrated success managing diverse project scopes, from fast-tracked builds to large-scale commercial footprints.
• Mobility: Houston-based with the flexibility to travel to major metro areas across Texas as project schedules dictate.
