Job summary

MW Building Systems, LLC is seeking a Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on active job sites in Waipahu and across Oʻahu. This hands-on leadership role oversees the jobsite, including schedule, safety, quality, and crews.

You will direct field operations, enforce safety programs, manage schedules, coordinate material deliveries, and collaborate with the Project Manager and Project Engineer on budgets and RFIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction superintendent experience in commercial or residential construction.
• Working knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction means and methods.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
• Proven leadership experience managing crews and subcontractors.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
