Job summary

TrueBuild Partners is seeking a Superintendent to lead tenant improvement and renovation projects, focusing on commercial TI/renovation work. The role invites Assistant Superintendent applicants as well.

You will manage field operations, coordinate with property owners, tenants, and project teams to minimize disruption during occupied or phased renovation work, and ensure safety and on-time delivery. A 200-person GC offers a stable pipeline and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent on commercial projects.
• Background in tenant improvement and/or renovation work.
• Retail construction experience is a plus.

• Manage daily field operations for tenant improvement and renovation projects, including subcontractors and jobsite staff.
• Assess project scope and site logistics while maintaining strict safety standards.
• Track construction progress to keep work on schedule and within budget.

Superintendent / Assistant Superintendent — Tenant Improvement / Renovation

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 + Bonus + Vehicle + Benefits

A 200-person general contractor is hiring a Superintendent to lead tenant improvement and renovation projects. This role will focus primarily on commercial TI/renovation work, with retail project experience considered a strong plus. Assistant Superintendents are also encouraged to apply.
