ChambersConstruction in Eugene, Oregon seeks an experienced Superintendent to provide on-site administrative and technical management across construction projects. You will schedule, coordinate trades, supervise crews and represent the company professionally on site.

Responsibilities include maintaining the project schedule, ensuring safety and quality, handling documentation, and coordinating closeout with stakeholders. A strong track record in commercial contracting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Creates, updates and maintains the construction schedule.
• Coordinates trades on site and ensures inspections are performed.
• Maintains required documentation electronically and for closeout.

Responsibilities

• Planning and Scheduling: Creates, updates and maintains the construction schedule.
• OnSite Management: Coordinates trades on site and ensures inspections are performed.
• Safety: Ensures safety and security of the construction project.
• Cost Control: Ensures budget is met through proper implementation of project plan.
• Client Relations/Marketing: Maintains good client relations and participates in bid/proposal interviews as required.
• Construction Documentation: Maintains RFIs, daily reports, timecards, equipment logs.
