Benchmark Construction Company in Lancaster County, PA seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial projects. You will manage crews, coordinate with project managers, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You bring 10+ years of leadership on commercial sites, hands-on trade training, strong blueprint reading, and proficiency with Procore or similar PM software. We offer wellbeing programs and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of commercial construction projects (10+ years).
• Hands-on expertise from vocational/technical training or apprenticeship.
• Ability to read/shop drawings and interpret blueprints quickly and accurately.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal/written communication.
• Navigate project management software; Procore a plus.

• Collaborate: Work closely with Project Managers to keep schedules on track, tackle challenges head-on, and adjust when things shift. You’re strategizing, solving, and ensuring smooth delivery.
• Learn and Execute: Know the game plan, and master the strategy. From financial goals to scheduling, you’ll ensure every aspect of the project stays on course. Logistics, milestones, inspections—you’ve got it all covered.
• Build Relationships: You’re the client’s go-to. Understand their needs, exceed their expectations, and make sure every interaction reflects Benchmark’s commitment to quality. You’ll also set the standard for positive, professional relationships with subcontractors and vendors—instilling fairness and professionalism in every project.

• Blueprint Mastery: You don’t just read architectural, structural, and site blueprints—you own them. You can interpret shop drawings and solve mathematical problems with speed and accuracy.
