Must Haves
- 5+ years of experience in the structured cabling, telecommunications, low-voltage, or related industry.
- Previous experience leading crews, projects, or field teams in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Cat5e/Cat6 installations and terminations
- Fiber optic installations and terminations
- Voice, data, and security systems
- Structured cabling infrastructure
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Knowledge of universal communications color codes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
- Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver\'s license and ability to meet company driving standards.
- Ability to pass a drug screen, MVR, and criminal background check.
Plusses
- BICSI Certification is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting large-scale commercial, industrial, or data center projects.
- Experience with workforce planning, labor forecasting, and project reporting.
- Previous exposure to project management functions or financial oversight.

This individual will serve as a key leader within the operations team, acting as the bridge between preconstruction and field execution to ensure projects are properly planned, staffed, and delivered successfully. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside crews of structured cabling and telecommunications technicians on large-scale low-voltage projects.
- Coordinate manpower, staffing, and labor allocation to meet project schedules and deadlines.
- Serve as the primary field leader, providing technical guidance, mentorship, coaching, and leadership to team members.
- Manage project execution from planning through completion while ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards are met.
- Interface directly with customers, project stakeholders, and internal leadership teams.
- Review drawings, project documentation, schedules, and scope requirements to ensure successful execution.
- Make field decisions that impact labor productivity, project schedules, budgets, and overall profitability.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Support project reporting, planning, forecasting, and communication between operations and field teams.
- Promote a positive culture focused on safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
