Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency with construction management tools such as Procore or Buildertrend.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Field experience in trades or construction management; bachelor’s degree preferred.

We’re Hiring: Superintendent – Construction

The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing daily construction site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role includes supervising on-site personnel, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols, project plans, and company standards. The Superintendent serves as the key point of contact on the job site and ensures seamless communication between field teams and project managers.

What You’ll Do
