Apply knowledge of insulating HVAC ducts, HVAC pipes and equipment, and plumbing systems to support project execution and maintain quality control.
Review blueprints, job specifications, and submittals, performing accurate material take-offs to support scheduling and procurement.
Conduct and lead safety meetings, enforce safety policies, and ensure compliance with all company and regulatory safety requirements.
Utilize experience in construction management or mechanical systems, along with an understanding of insulation materials, installation techniques, and project management software, to achieve successful project outcomes.
Previous experience as an Onsite Superintendent, Foreman, or General Foreman, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and crews in industrial and commercial settings.
Strong knowledge of mechanical insulation systems, materials, and industry best practices.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
