Job summary

L2 Construction in Virginia specializes in healthcare renovations and occupied projects. We are seeking an experienced on-site supervisor to lead field operations, coordinate teams, and ensure projects meet quality, safety, and schedule requirements.

You will work with trade partners, maintain documentation and drawings, and ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards through the project lifecycle from NTP to warranty.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years field supervision in healthcare/occupied renovations.
• Strong knowledge of construction operations and scheduling.
• Experience with healthcare facility requirements.
• Procore and Bluebeam proficiency.
• Certifications preferred: OSHA 30, ASHE, CHC, CCHM.
• Excellent team leadership and communication skills.
