Gilbane seeks a Superintendent to independently supervise an area of trade contractors with work valued up to $30M. This position requires daily on‑site presence and will play a key role on the project team.

Salary is determined based on geographic location, skills, education, and experience, as well as internal equity and team alignment. For Upstate NY, the range is $83,200–$104,000 plus benefits and a retirement program.
