The Illinois Association of School Administrators seeks a district Superintendent to serve as chief executive officer, delivering high level professional and educational leadership to the school district. Salary/Benefits

It is anticipated that the compensation will be in the range of $195,000 - $229,000. The actual annual salary, fringe benefits, contractual terms and conditions will be discussed in detail with the final candidates and will be based on education and prior experience. It is expected that the initial contract will be for a multi-year period, as authorized by Illinois statutes.
