Responsibilities

• Participate in subcontractor buyout and scope review meetings.

• Maintain as-built drawings and project documentation.
• Work closely with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 12+ years of construction experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success as a Superintendent on large commercial construction projects.
• OSHA 30 Certification required.
• First Aid, CPR, and Safety Training required.
• Georgia Soil & Water Conservation Commission Level 1A Certification required.
• Experience leading large industrial, warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or commercial projects.
• Experience managing project schedules, logistics, subcontractors, and safety programs.

Work Environment

This role primarily operates on active construction sites and project offices. Candidates should be comfortable working in outdoor environments and navigating large-scale construction projects. Most projects are located in the Atlanta area; however, travel to Jacksonville and other regional markets may be required. The company emphasizes a 'Safety First' culture and expects strong leadership, accountability, and professionalism from all field leaders.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, GA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $79.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
