• Lead all field operations across multiple retail construction projects valued between $15M and $30M.
• Champion a Zero Incident Safety Culture and maintain OSHA compliance across all site activities.
• Manage site logistics, sequencing, scheduling, manpower planning, and daily field operations.
• Produce daily reports, progress updates, and field documentation using industry-leading construction technology.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and trade partners to create a collaborative, high-performing site culture.
