Job summary

Elsdon Group is seeking an experienced on-site Superintendent for our DFW projects, including K-12, municipal, healthcare, and higher education work. You will oversee ground-up and renovation efforts up to $15M, coordinating subs, schedules, safety, and quality control from mobilization to closeout.

Ideal candidates have 6–10 years of superintendent experience in a commercial GC, strong scheduling knowledge, and proficiency with Procore.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of superintendent experience in a Commercial General Contractor environment.
• Exposure to K-12, Municipal, Healthcare, or Higher Education projects is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage projects in the $5M–$15M range.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, and quality control processes.
• Procore and construction management software proficiency is a plus.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• Must be local to the DFW area or able to commute daily.
