ABM is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee daily facility operations and lead a high-performing operations team in maintaining a safe, clean, efficient, and comfortable environment. The role includes supervising staff, managing schedules, driving performance, and building client relationships.

Shift is 5AM-5PM, Monday through Saturday, with a starting pay of $40 per hour. ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package and will tailor offers based on experience and market data.

This role is responsible for supervising staff, managing schedules and staffing levels, driving operational performance, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and team development skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.

Pay:$40
