Superica Avalon in Alpharetta, GA is hiring a Service Assistant to support the restaurant team and deliver an expertly served beverage and dining experience. He/she can anticipate guests’ needs and follow a service checklist to ensure exceptional service under pressure.

One-year restaurant experience is preferred but not required; competitive pay with tips is offered, along with dining discounts and career advancement opportunities through Rocket Farm University and mentorship programs.

Superica is hiring a personable Service Assistant at Avalon!

Do you dream of hand-made salsa and authentic Tex-Mex cuisine? The Service Assistant at Superica boasts a friendly and naturally curious personality, supporting the restaurant team and offering guests an expertly served beverage and dining experience. He/she can easily anticipate guests’ needs and pick up cues from facial expression and demeanor to ensure exceptional service every time. Diligently following a checklist and performing the assigned steps of service is a must, all while working calmly and efficiently under pressure. One-year relevant restaurant experience and knowledge of basic restaurant service is preferred, but not required.

Competitive pay - $5.15/hr. + tips
