Position: Executive Sous Chef

Superica Nashville is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Executive Sous Chef. This role involves overseeing daily kitchen operations, including production/prep, private parties, special events, stewarding, purchasing, and receiving. You will ensure culinary standards are met and manage the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of culinary experience, including 2 years as a Sous Chef, capable of working calmly under pressure, leading a team, and managing budgets, labor, scheduling, and overtime to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 per year DOE + quarterly bonus
