Superica – Winter Park is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our Tex-Mex family. You will craft margaritas and cocktails, work with Texas-made spirits, and help tell our story to guests.

We value self-motivation, creativity, and clear communication. You will collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure beverage quality and guest satisfaction, with opportunities for growth and holiday time off.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow in beverage knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare margaritas and cocktails reflecting the restaurant's Tex-Mex theme.
• Ensure bar quality and proper knowledge of all beverages and ingredients.
• Engage guests with storytelling about cocktails and the beverage program.

Superica is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our Tex-Mex family!

Superica is hiring a Bartender who is a creative thinker and great communicator. If you are self-motivated and looking to constantly improve your craft, this is the position for you! The foundation of the Superica beverage program is margaritas and beer, while the cocktail menu is reflective of the restaurant’s overall theme, with an emphasis on Texas-made spirits and margaritas. Our bartenders work closely with the rest of the staff to ensure bar product quality and a thorough understanding of all beverage products available, along with cocktail inspiration and history in order to tell our story to our guests.
