Playa Bowls in Exton, PA is seeking a Team Member for FALL/WINTER 2026 to help create an exceptional guest experience by building high-quality bowls and assisting customers with product recommendations.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain cleanliness and food quality, and support the team with inventory and daily tasks. Training will help you grow skills, and a fun, upbeat culture makes work enjoyable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the shop.
• Manage time effectively to complete tasks and responsibilities.

• Ensure food quality by checking consistency, flavor, and presentation.
• Prepare ingredients and assemble bowls, smoothies, and other menu items.
• Operate the POS system to take and process orders.
• Answer questions and address concerns in a friendly manner.
• Accurately take and assemble customer orders in a timely manner.
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory management as needed.
• Communicate shortages or product concerns to the supervisor.
