Responsibilities

• Fosters a positive and friendly atmosphere for guests and team members.
• Answers customer questions and addresses concerns in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Operates the POS system to take and process orders.
• Accurately takes and assembles customer orders in a timely manner.
• Prepares ingredients and assembles bowls and smoothies with care and accuracy.
• Checks food quality for consistency, flavor, and presentation.
• Maintains a clean, organized shop environment.
• Restocks supplies and assists with inventory management.
• Communicates inventory shortages or product concerns to the supervisor.
