Description

Position Title: Crew Member

Immediate Supervisor: General Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Summary

Crew Members are trained for various positions within the restaurant, including:

• Runner/Frontline Coordinator
• Order Taker/Dining Room Attendant
• Grill Operator
• Sandwich Maker
• Drink Coordinator
• Register Operator

They are responsible for opening and closing duties depending on their shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Offer friendly service to all guests
• Take customer orders, ensure fast and accurate service, and maintain positive guest relations
• Operate grill and sandwich maker safely and efficiently
• Maintain company standards for equipment, facility, and grounds
• Ensure food quality and customer satisfaction
• Keep the restaurant clean, neat, and accessible
• Accurately operate cash register and manage company assets
• Support team members in their duties
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications Guidelines

Successful candidates should meet the following:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience in food service or retail (preferred but not required)
• Exceptional customer service skills (training available)

Physical Demands
