Super Growth Master - AI Startup with $5M ARR (Global Lead Sourcing)

Location: Remote (US-based preferred)

About Us:

We’re a fast-growing AI startup revolutionizing small business growth with our AI Pilot Operating System, a self-driving platform that acts as a Smart Growth Partner. With $5M in trailing ARR, 70%+ margins, and backing from industry legend Ray Stata (founder of Analog Devices), we’re on a rocket ship to unicorn status. We’ve built a commission-based lead-sourcing team in Pakistan and need a Super Growth Master to scale this operation globally, driving millions in new business.

The Role: As Super Growth Master, you’ll lead our phone-based lead-sourcing strategy, scaling our commission-based team in Pakistan to fuel global growth for our AI Pilot OS.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll:

  1. Design and execute a global lead-sourcing strategy, targeting high-value small businesses across the US, EU, and APAC.
  2. Scale our Pakistan-based, commission-only team from dozens to hundreds, optimizing training, incentives, and performance.
  3. Build and manage a phone-based sales funnel, from lead generation to qualification, delivering 10,000+ qualified leads monthly.
  4. Leverage your own global network to open new markets and secure strategic partnerships with lead aggregators or industry players.
  5. Use data-driven insights to refine scripts, improve conversion rates, and achieve $50M+ in pipeline revenue within 18 months.

Who You Are:

  • 7+ years in B2B sales, lead generation, or growth hacking, ideally in AI/tech or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of scaling phone-based sales teams globally, generating $10M+ in annual pipeline.
  • Deep network of global contacts in lead generation, sales outsourcing, or small business ecosystems you can activate immediately.
  • Experience managing remote, commission-based teams, with a knack for motivating high performance.
  • Relentless, data-driven, and obsessed with building scalable systems to drive unicorn-level growth.
