GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Super Flex Security Guard - All Shifts in California. The role emphasizes adaptability across sites including Silicon Valley and San Francisco Peninsula, with duties spanning patrols, access control and customer service.

Applicants must have a state security license and BSIS 32-hour trainings, be 21+, and able to work any day or shift. A CPR certification is preferred or may be obtained during hiring, with a 90-day probation and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• State security license required plus BSIS 32-hour trainings (additional trainings possible during hiring)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• 1+ year security experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be 21+ years old
• CPR certification (may be obtained during hiring)
• 90-day probation
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Strong problem solving skills
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Applicants must be fully flexible and available to work any day of the week and any shift (Day, Swing, or Overnight as needed) as scheduling needs may vary
• Competitive hourly wage of $19 - $33 / hour [ pay rate depends on site pay rate] (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Qualifications For Super Flex Security Guard - All Shifts

• You have a state security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• One year + of Security experience required
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be 21 years old
• CPR Cert ( May be obtained during the hiring process)
• 90 Day probation
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
