Harris Health System seeks an experienced Supervisor Pharmacist to lead pharmacy operations at Bellaire, TX. You will oversee daily workflows, supervise staff, and ensure safe, effective medication management aligned with regulatory standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred.
• Current Texas Pharmacist License (or obtain within 90 days of employment)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of employment
• ACLS certification required for inpatient positions (or within 6 months of hire)
• IV Sterile Certification required for inpatient positions and Fondren Pharmacy
• Texas Pharmacist Preceptor Certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive pharmacy experience in an outpatient or inpatient setting
• Strong analytical, research, and leadership skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
