Job summary

Champion Window and Home Exteriors is seeking experienced Sunroom/Window Sales Representatives to join our field sales team. Leads are provided and training is paid, with potential to earn $100,000–$200,000+ in the first year for top performers.

As a Champion Rep, you will conduct in-home presentations, identify customer needs, negotiate, and close sales while delivering exceptional service. A valid driver’s license, HS diploma (or equivalent), and a willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in home improvement sales a plus
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations and educate customers
• Identify customer needs and utilize Champion’s proven sales presentation
• Negotiate and close sales to achieve targets
• Attend daily coaching sessions and training meetings
