Job summary

Champion Window and Home Exteriors is seeking a Sunroom & Window Sales Representative to conduct in-home presentations and close sales with pre-qualified leads. No cold calling, with paid training and daily coaching.

Qualified candidates will have a HS diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Earn uncapped commissions with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• HS degree or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Driver’s license and clean driving record is required.
• Basic computer / math skills; ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers.
• Identify customer needs / wants and utilize Champion’s proven sales presentation.
• Negotiate and close the sale.
• Opportunities for daily sales / training meetings and coaching sessions.
