Job summary

Creative Dining Services at Royal Park Place retirement living in Zeeland, MI is hiring part-time Morning Servers. Shifts are 6:30am–2:20pm with varying days and alternating weekends. Prior serving experience is required; background check, fingerprinting and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Previous serving/waiting tables experience required.
• Past experience in retirement living or dining settings preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle trays.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents.
• Set up prior to meal serving time.
• Help with cleanup, including dishwashing.
• Light food preparation.
• Follow all food safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Communicate regularly with management about workplace needs and improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
