Job summary

Creative Dining Services is seeking an Afternoon Server for Royal Park Place retirement living in Zeeland, MI. This part-time role requires friendly, experienced servers with previous dining or waitstaff experience. 3:30pm-6:30pm shifts; weekends alternating.

Qualifications

• Past experience with serving or waiting tables is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous table service to residents during meal periods.
• Greet residents warmly and create a positive dining experience.
• Assist residents with menu choices by answering questions and providing information about meal offerings.
• Deliver food and beverages accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining presentation and quality standards.
• Monitor resident satisfaction throughout the meal and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Demonstrate problem-solving by coordinating with kitchen staff to meet dining needs.
• Collaborate with culinary and dining team to accommodate resident preferences and dietary requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and equipment.
• Clear and reset tables according to community standards.
• Assist with beverage service and refills.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
• Support special events and community dining functions.
