Job summary

Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring a full-time Prep Cook at Edwards Lifesciences in Irvine, CA. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with pay ranging from $17.50 to $18.00 per hour. Prior prep cooking experience is preferred. Online applications accepted only. Qualifications

• Previous prep cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy and HACCP guidelines.
• Completes required documentation and logs; ensures food quality and serving temperatures.
• Takes orders and serves customers efficiently at multiple stations.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment after each use.
