A successful Pastry Chef at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe must possess:

Qualifications

• Proven track record of pastry/baked goods quality.
• Ability to stand and move for long periods during shifts.
• Must start shifts early in the morning.
• Compliance with food safety standards is required.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a dynamic team creating 40+ pastries, pies, cakes and muffins.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.
• Follow recipes and ensure sanitation and safety compliance.
