Dickinson Taco John's is hiring a Breakfast Manager to lead our morning operations at 180 14th St W, Dickinson, ND 58601. If you’re a morning leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, this role puts you in charge of our breakfast shift and a dynamic team.

You’ll train and motivate staff, supervise inventory and cash handling, ensure safety and cleanliness, and relentlessly improve the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping operations running efficiently.
• Passion for guest service, teamwork, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage Morning Operations: Oversee the breakfast shift, ensuring a seamless start to the day with efficient service and a positive team atmosphere.
• Lead & Motivate the Team: Train, mentor, and support breakfast crew members to maintain high standards of service and teamwork.
• Enhance Guest Experience: Ensure every guest enjoys a delicious meal and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Oversee Inventory & Finances: Assist with stock management, cash handling, and operational reporting to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain Safety & Compliance: Uphold health and safety standards while fostering a clean and organized work environment.
