Job summary

Hamister Group is seeking a Hotel Breakfast Attendant to warmly greet guests and ensure a beautifully stocked, fresh, and clean breakfast area each morning. You will actively manage the buffet, prepare and restock items, and keep the space tidy while maintaining high hospitality standards.

Ideal candidates are early risers with a guest-first attitude, capable of working alone or with a team, and comfortable with light lifting and continuous movement of breakfast items. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Morning person with energy to start early shifts.
• Strong customer service mindset focused on guest experience.
• Reliable, punctual team player who can work independently.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift light items for full shift.
• Food service or hospitality experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Guests: Greet visitors with a friendly demeanor and assist with any breakfast needs.
• Manage Buffet: Prepare, set up, and continuously restock hot and cold food options.
• Maintain Freshness: Monitor inventory, rotate food items, and brew fresh coffee.
• Keep Space Clean: Clear dishes, wipe down tables, and sanitize the buffet area.
• Break Down Service: Clean kitchen equipment, wash service dishes, and prep for the next day.
