Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group LLC is seeking a Guest Host for Hotel Thaynes in Park City. You will welcome guests at the restaurant, manage reservations, and greet guests with warmth while upholding Marriott standards.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of our hotel restaurant, greeting guests.
• Uphold Marriott hospitality standards and welcome atmosphere.
• Manage reservations and maintain the waitlist.
• Seat guests according to table availability and server sections.
• Provide menus and inform guests of daily specials.
• Answer phone calls and take reservations.
• Coordinate with servers and managers to ensure smooth table turnover.
• Maintain a clean host stand and entrance area.
• Assist with takeout orders or direct guests as needed.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and notify management when needed.
• Thank guests and invite them to return.
• Craft quality coffee and tea beverages.
