Responsibilities

• Monitor food levels and ensure items are fresh, well-stocked, and properly presented.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, food stations, and equipment.
• Clear and clean tables, chairs, and countertops during breakfast service.
• Follow food safety and health code guidelines at all times.
• Break down and properly store breakfast items at close of service.
