Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking an energetic Complimentary AM Attendant in Springfield, MA, to start mornings with a smile and ready breakfast service. You’ll greet guests, help with menu questions, and keep the dining area tidy and stocked while you prepare and serve items with care.

The role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to multitask during busy shifts, including lifting up to 50 lbs and staying upbeat throughout the morning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food & beverage or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong customer service and hospitality mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and respond to questions about breakfast options.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items while maintaining food safety and cleanliness.
• Keep dining and buffet areas clean, stocked, and organized.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
• Assist with dishwashing, restocking, and overall area maintenance as needed.
• Maintain energy and professionalism during busy shifts, lifting up to 50 lbs.
