Job summary

JL Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking a part-time Breakfast Attendant for the 5:30am–12:00pm shift, weekends covered. The role involves stocking breakfast buffets, clearing tables, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a hotel setting.

Responsibilities include preparing food items, assisting guests, maintaining clean service areas, and following safety and brand standards. This position offers growth through training programs and potential benefits as part of the hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate with guests and co-workers.
• Ability to recognize conditions that promote food contamination and take appropriate action; adhere to sanitation guidelines for handling food when bussing and stocking.
• Ability to maintain composure in demanding situations such as irate guests or high activity periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods such as cut fruit, coffee, juices, cereals, breads, etc.; replenish food on buffets and inspect display tables.
• Observe guests and respond to needs; answer questions about menu items and area attractions.
• Clear and clean tables, wash utensils, and maintain clean self-service stations.
• Clean work areas and floors to ensure appearance and safety.
• Adhere to Marriott specifications to the brand.
