GENERAL FUNCTION

The Store Manager is an on-the-floor leader, performing all store functions while guiding and inspiring the team. Coaches, develops, and motivates the team to serve as ambassadors for Sunglass Hut. Creates an environment where everyone delivers great service through The Sunglass Hut Experience.

Major Duties And Responsibilities
  • Utilizes The Sunglass Hut Experience tools to meet sales goals and objectives
  • Drives sales by identifying opportunities for growth
  • Leads by example, coaching and mentoring the team
  • Fosters a development-focused environment to grow careers and retain talent
  • Recruits, hires, and trains staff using onboarding tools
  • Develops individual growth plans for team members
  • Creates an inspiring work environment that reflects brand integrity
  • Builds emotional connections within the team to enhance sales and service
  • Continuously coaches the team to ensure consistent delivery of The Sunglass Hut Experience
  • Develops customer relationships through engagement and feedback
  • Acts as a brand ambassador
  • Maintains brand standards and product knowledge
  • Ensures operational policies are followed and brand standards are upheld
  • Communicates promotions, contests, and incentives effectively to the team
Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience
  • Proven expertise in store operations
  • Attention to detail
  • Critical thinking skills for operational execution
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service or retail experience
