Pay Range:

$12.32 - $13.09

General Function

Our Sales Associates are crucial to Sunglass Hut's success. You will create an authentic, fun, and energetic experience for customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Consistently meet sales goals and objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships to build brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and making meaningful connections, leading to customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and foster professional relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance by keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by respecting customers and colleagues.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to embrace new technology and adapt with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing selling skills and goal-driven motivation
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a changing environment

Additional Compensation Details

Pay Range: $14.81 - $17.31

Employee pay depends on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications. Benefits may include health care, retirement, paid time off, and employee discounts. Bonuses and commissions may also be offered, contributing to a comprehensive rewards package.
