Position Overview

The Assistant Manager II is a key member of the leadership team, working in partnership with the Store/Multi Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, including sales, coaching, merchandising, talent acquisition, and retail excellence.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Utilize company tools to meet sales goals, develop associates, and achieve company objectives.
  • Use reporting tools and business acumen to identify performance gaps and capitalize on successes.
  • Provide ongoing coaching to support associate growth and foster a motivating work environment.
  • Recruit talent through networking, recruiting skills, and conducting interviews with the Store/Multi Store Manager.
  • Engage in self-development as outlined in an individual development plan.
  • Spend the majority of time on the sales floor.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships using all company tools.
  • Consistently uphold brand standards.
  • Maintain store merchandising standards and stay current on product knowledge.
  • Ensure operational policies and procedures are followed.
  • Communicate brand strategy, promotions, contests, and incentives clearly to the team.
Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of experience
  • Expertise in store operations
  • Detail-oriented with critical thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service and retail experience
  • Previous leadership experience of 1+ years

Pay Range: $18.21 - $30.16

Employee pay depends on factors like location, experience, skills, and qualifications. Benefits may include health care, retirement, paid time off, and employee discounts. Additional bonuses or commissions may be offered as part of a comprehensive rewards package.
