Job Title: Sundry/Ice Cream Shop Attendant
Location: Paradise Grille - Champions Gate, FL
Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time
Reports To: Restaurant Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sundry/Ice Cream Shop Attendant. This position involves preparing and serving ice cream, maintaining cleanliness, handling transactions, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selections.
  • Serve ice cream, sundaes, milkshakes, and other menu items according to standard portion sizes and presentation guidelines.
  • Stock and maintain sundry items (snacks, beverages, toiletries, etc.) and ensure displays are clean and organized.
  • Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and the store environment according to health and safety regulations.
  • Restock supplies as needed and report low inventory to the supervisor.
  • Assist in opening and closing duties including cleaning, stocking, and daily reporting.
  • Respond to customer questions, feedback, or complaints in a professional manner.
  • Follow all store procedures and health guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service or food service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
