Job summary

92NY’s Athletics division is seeking an experienced, professional, and enthusiastic Pickleball Instructor to teach our Sunday instructional pickleball classes during the 2026-27 semester.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with adult players across a range of skill levels, from true beginners learning the fundamentals of the game through intermediate players looking to improve technique, strategy, consistency, and overall match play.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching pickleball to adults at beginner to intermediate levels.
• Ability to design and implement a multi-week curriculum.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach Sunday instructional pickleball classes for adults.
• Provide clear instruction on fundamentals and progression for all levels.
• Develop a semester-based curriculum and assess participant progress.
• Maintain attendance, setup equipment, and ensure a safe learning environment.
• Represent 92NY professionally and coordinate with the Athletics team.
